油葵茎尖周缘分生区培养及高频率芽再生

摘要： 通过对油葵种子处理方法的研究及以油葵茎尖周缘分生区为外植体进行不定芽的诱导,得到了高频率的再生芽和再生植株.结果表明,采用油葵去除种皮,70;乙醇30 s,7;的次氯酸钠溶液(加2滴吐温20)处理8～10 min时灭菌效果最佳,诱导不定芽的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA3 mg/l,平均每个外植体产生5个不定芽.
