摘要： 2003年3月5日,从石河子北郊温室中采回具有大量根结的甜瓜根,经室内解剖镜检,发现根内有大量根结线虫和卵,通过形态观察和测量、鉴别寄主反应,雌虫酯酶同工酶凝胶电脉等方法进行比较鉴定,确定为南方根结线虫(Meoidogyne incognita).
