大蒜锈病冬孢子萌发条件及其生物学特性研究

摘要： 试验结果表明,大蒜锈病冬孢子只有在不离体状态下,在2;水洋菜的平板培养下才得以萌发.萌发时自顶端芽孔下抽出长且为多隔膜的先菌丝,未见产生担子梗及担子孢子.光照与黑暗不是影响冬孢子萌发的因子,在必需要的高湿度条件下,温度是控制冬孢子萌发的重要条件.冬孢子萌发适宜温度为15～24℃,最适温度为17～19℃,当温度提高达24℃时冬孢子终止萌发.
