Abstract: We often fall to get good effect from etracted DNA of pyrus.This problem has been attributed to high content of Phenolic terpenoids,tannin,pegments,Polyoaccharide,and soon,The me thodology of DNA purification described here use SDS and BME, Vc which couid effectively remove then from the homogenate.the isolated DNA is the high purity and high molecular weight DNA that can be suitable for digestion with restriction enzyme and RAPD analysis。

摘要: 通过比较试验,使用SDS-氯仿-异戊醇法,添加BME及Vc,简便、快速地从库尔勒香梨成熟叶中提取大分子量DNA,有效地去除了梨属植物组织中所含的多酚类、单宁、色素及多糖类物质,该DNA能很好地被酶切并用于RAPD分析。
