摘要: [目的]探究黄粉虫抗菌肽对耐药粪肠球菌抑菌效果.[方法]用浓度为1×108 CFU/mL的粪肠球菌菌液与麸皮混合饲喂诱导黄粉虫幼虫,在24h后提取黄粉虫抗菌肽,用考马斯亮蓝法(Bradford法)测定黄粉虫抗菌肽粗提液浓度,采用试管稀释法测定青霉素、庆大霉素对粪肠球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),用多步诱导法筛选出青霉素和庆大霉素耐药的粪肠球菌,用Kirby Bauer法测定黄粉虫抗菌肽对耐青霉素和庆大霉素的粪肠球菌的抑菌活性.[结果]经粪肠球菌诱导24h后提取的黄粉虫抗菌肽浓度,显著高于未用粪肠球菌诱导的对照组(P<0.05),其抑菌活性也显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并且诱导黄粉虫抗菌肽组对耐青霉素、庆大霉素粪肠球菌的抑菌效果显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05).[结论]黄粉虫抗菌肽对耐药粪肠球菌具有显著的抑菌效果.
