摘要： 报道了用基因枪轰击转化方法将兔防御素基因NP-1导入新疆陆地棉栽培品种新陆早4号的转化培养过程,在诱导继代分化过程中对不同培养基进行了比较,发现对于该品种经A1→A3→K3→K10培养过程得到了转化芽的形成.
