温室无土培育新疆伽师甜瓜嫁接苗与防病增产效果研究

摘要: 采用黑籽南瓜作砧木嫁接伽师厚皮甜瓜防治甜瓜枯萎病,田间防效在95.4;以上.无土育苗条件下,胚轴斜插接法和生长点插接法防效均达 100;,生长点劈接法和胚轴靠接法防效分别为97.2;和95.5;,比有土育苗中的各种嫁接法防效均高.甜瓜经嫁接后发生枯萎病主要在接口处,由接触土壤造成.不同嫁接方法和育苗方法均对嫁接成苗有明显影响.不同嫁接方法和育苗方法对产量有明显影响.嫁接甜瓜的增产,主要表现在后期产量上,嫁接甜瓜植株根瓜节位降低5.3~7.0节,增产75.9;~112 .2;.
