摘要: [目的]利用DNA条形码技术对新疆北部梭梭进行鉴定,从分子系统学角度探讨不同果翅颜色梭梭的亲缘关系.[方法]用通用引物ITS2对梭梭样品进行PCR扩增,得到的ITS2序列构建NJ系统进化树和遗传距离分析.[结果]ITS2引物的PCR扩增得到了500 bp左右的片段,最大K2P遗传距离为0.057,系统进化树结果显示,相同果翅颜色的梭梭能够聚为一支.[结论]ITS2序列能够很好的将不同果翅颜色的梭梭样品区分开,为梭梭的遗传多样性研究提供了一定基础.
