摘要: [目的]利用响应面分析法优化啤酒花茎梗中总黄酮的微波提取工艺.[方法]以总黄酮得率为评价指标,在单因素试验结果的基础上,选择乙醇浓度、料液比、微波时间和微波火力为考察因素,利用Box-Be-hnken响应面分析法确定最佳提取工艺条件.[结果]啤酒花茎梗中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度68;(v/v),料液比1:15 g/mL,微波时间44 s,微波火力80;.在此条件下总黄酮得率为33.79mg/g.[结论]响应面优化得到的提取条件合理可靠,是提取啤酒花茎梗中总黄酮的可行方法.
