苦豆子丛枝病植原体的分子检测与鉴定

摘要: [目的]对苦豆子丛枝病植原体做出分子检测与鉴定.[方法]通过PCR扩增技术,分别利用植原体16S rRNA基因,16S-23S rRNA间区及tuf基因序列的通用引物对表现丛枝病症状的苦豆子总DNA进行扩增,得到约1.2、0.3和0.8 kb特异片段.将所得片段分别进行克隆、测序及序列同源性分析.[结果]苦豆子丛枝病植原体(SAWB)上述3序列与榆树黄化组B亚组(16SrV-B)的枣疯病植原体(JWB)相应序列的同源性最高.[结论]苦豆子丛枝病植原体为16Sr V-B亚组成员.
