摘要: [目的]研究旱胁迫后玉米杂交种单株粒数、单株粒重与百粒重和抗旱性的关系,为生产上评价和筛选抗旱玉米品种提供参考.[方法]对25份玉米杂交种进行大田正常灌水和旱胁迫对比试验,研究早胁迫后玉米杂交种单株粒数、单株粒重和百粒重与抗旱性的相应变化.[结果]与正常灌水对照相比,旱胁迫使杂交种的单株粒数和单株粒重显著降低,百粒重变化不显著.受旱后单株粒数和单株粒重高的品种耐旱指数大.[结论]旱胁迫后玉米杂交种的单株粒数和单株粒重与玉米抗旱性关系密切,旱胁迫后单株粒数或单株粒重可作为玉米抗旱品种筛选的指标.
