摘要： 根据伊犁地区的地理特点,分析了伊犁河谷红地球葡萄产业发展现状,介绍了地球葡萄保鲜储运关键技术的研究进展及其应用现状,以及绿色-有机食品对保鲜储运的基本要求,提出了目前仍然存在的问题,就解决保鲜储运问题提出对策,以期为解决产业发展瓶颈问题提供新思路.
