摘要： 新疆是大蒜原产地之一,品种资源极为丰富.有早熟紫皮蒜、晚熟紫皮蒜、小白蒜、大白蒜、冬蒜等,遍布全疆各地.哈密地区仅巴里坤县就有小白蒜、早熟紫皮蒜、大白蒜等品种.大蒜适应性强,耐贮藏,供应期长,适合冷凉农作区种植,而且栽培地膜大蒜投资少,见效快,在发展农村商品生产,增加农民收入方面可发挥很大作用.
