摘要: 以新小黑麦3号、H04-1、新小黑麦5号、H04-2四个品种(系)为材料,通过不同浓度NaCl胁迫对小黑麦水培15 d测定了小黑麦叶片叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和细胞膜透性等生理指标.结果表明:小黑麦叶片Chl含量随着盐胁迫浓度的增大呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,这与盐生植物极为相似.在盐胁迫条件下,小黑麦体内可以积累大量的渗透调节物质脯氨酸和可溶性糖.从细胞膜完整性方面来看,小黑麦叶片比根系对盐离子的更为敏感.
