蚕丝心蛋白基因导入早熟陆地棉新种质选育

摘要: 植物基因工程是应用重组DNA技术将外源基因导入到受体植物细胞内,从而使植物获得新的遗传性状.采用花粉管通道法将蚕丝心蛋白基因(fibroin)导入到选定的受体材料新B-1和陆8中,以期获得较受体材料绒长、强力更好的棉花新种质新品种.通过对转入蚕丝心蛋白基因(fibroin)T2代阳性反应的50株阳性反应的转化后代植株的15项品质检测分析结果表明,蚕丝心蛋白基因(fibroin)对棉纤维的衣分、马克隆值和伸长率影响较大,对棉纤维的强力有一定的影响,对棉纤维伸长影响较小.
