摘要: 由于棉花的枯、黄萎病日益严重,选育抗病品种成为育种的首要任务.为提高棉花的抗病性,利用花粉管通道法将从拟南芥中分离克隆的抗病基因snc1转入中棉所35号中,通过除草剂田间筛选和目的基因的PCR检测,获得转snc1基因的棉花,同时确定除草剂的筛选浓度为0.025;.也为棉花的抗病机理研究做有益探索.
