摘要： 随着我国经济体制改革的深入,失业会日益加剧,我国市场经济运行机制将日趋完善,既是社会"安全阀",又是改革"减震器"的失业保险制度将走向何方,作为特殊的企业兵团农牧团场,又将如何解决好失业问题,结合兵团实际,阐述了建立就业保障型失业保险制度,使失业保险在团场更好地发挥积极作用的措施.
