摘要: 以草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duch)0.2~0.3 mm的茎尖作为外植体,试验证明(1)茎尖在MS+6-BA0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L中诱导成活率最高,在MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L中诱导分化的效果较好;(2)分化继代培养较适合的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.2 mg/L+NAA 0.08mg/L.(3)生根培养以珍珠岩为基质效果较好.
