醉马草对几种牧草化感作用的研究

摘要: [目的]明确醉马草(Achnatherum inebrians)对无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)、红豆草(Onobrychis viciaefolia)、紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)3种优良牧草的化感作用.[方法]应用培养皿滤纸法,研究结实期醉马草根、茎、叶水浸液0.2、0.1、0.05和0.025 g/mL4个浓度,对3种牧草种子萌发的影响.[结果]化感作用对3种牧草种子萌发的抑制性为无芒雀麦>紫花苜蓿>红豆草;醉马草不同部位水浸液的抑制效应表现为叶>茎>根.[结论]醉马草根、茎、叶浸液对无芒雀麦起着抑制作用,而根的水浸液对红豆草和紫花苜蓿种子萌发起到一定的促进作用,茎和叶还是起到抑制作用.
