摘要: [目的]建立适合五种南疆特色果树核桃、香梨、苹果、杏、扁桃的高质量RNA提取方法.[方法]采用试剂盒法、传统CrAB法、改良硼砂-CrAB法和改良硼砂-CTAB-异丙醇法等四种方法提取核桃花芽、香梨花芽、苹果花芽、杏叶片以及扁桃叶片总RNA,并比较提取效果.[结果]试验方案2(萌芽期N+P2Os +KO19.2 kg/667m2+ 19.2 kg/667m2+ 11.6 kg/667m2,开花期N+ P2O5+ K2O 8 kg/667m2+ 12 kg/667m2+ 10 kg/667m2,坐果期N+ P2O5+ K2O 6.7 kg/667m2+ 6.7 kg/667m2+ 16.6 kg/667m2)比较适合幼龄枣树的施肥.[结论]与CK及其它施肥方案相比,在施肥方案2下,幼龄枣树株高、二次枝粗度、主干干径、新梢增长量、叶片面积、叶绿素含量以及叶片氮、磷、钾的累积吸收较佳,产量较高.
