摘要: [目的]探讨NO处理对哈密瓜果实的冷害控制效果,筛选出较适宜的NO处理方式,降低哈密瓜果实采后冷藏过程中冷害造成的损失.[方法]以新密3号哈密瓜为试材,设置0、20、60、100μL/L四个不同浓度,研究低温贮藏(1±0.5)℃与3种NO处理对哈密瓜果实冷害及渗透调节物质的影响.[结果]20 μL/L NO处理可延缓新密3号哈密瓜果实冷害发生,降低失重率,提高好果率,抑制电导率和MDA含量上升,促进可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及脯氨酸等渗透调节物质含量的积累,提高了新密3号哈密瓜果实的抗冷性.[结论]20μL/L NO处理能够较好地缓解新密3号果实采后低温贮藏中的冷害.
