摘要: [目的]建立高效液相色谱-串联四级杆质谱(HPLC-MS/MS),分析果蔬中植物生长促进剂乙烯利残留的方法.[方法]采用Hypersil GOLD aQ柱(150 mm×2.1 mm,3μ,m),为分离柱,甲醇和水(pH=3.0,甲酸调)为流动相.采用等度洗脱,流速0.2 mL/min,柱温30℃.果蔬样品经甲醇∶甲酸(v∶v=20∶1)提取,采用电喷雾串联四级杆质谱的选择离子检测模式(SRM),负离子模式下进行检测.[结果]乙烯利的线性范围为0.05~1.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.999 3.添加乙烯利的标准溶液浓度为0.05、0.25、0.5 mg/kg在果蔬样品中,该方法的回收率大于75.4;,相对标准偏差低于7.35;,此方法检出限为0.01 mg/kg.[结论]HPLC-MS/MS法测定果蔬中乙烯利残留简单、准确,可作为果蔬中乙烯利残留检测依据.
