Application of the area under cultivation in fuzzy syntheticJudgement of multiple factors in red globe in Xinjiang 2001, 38(1): 7-9.  Abstract ( )   In this paper,we have researched the area under cultivation for the red globe in Xinjiang with the method of fuzzy synthetic judgement of multiple factors of the fuzzy mathematics.Combining power weight with main factors overcomes the intolerance of judgement on single factor and provides scientific and quantitativebasis for the development of the red globe.

A Study on an Optimized Model for Integral Management of Tree-grass Combination Irrigated with Sewage JIANG Wen-wei;DEN Shi-Rong;Adalk 2001, 38(1): 10-13.  Abstract ( )   A long-term investigation has been made on inter-planting effects of 3 types of densities regarding tree-grass combination on the saline-alkaline soil irrigated with sewage from sewage treatment plants of the petroleum industry.Both tree species and grass species suitable for long-term inter -planting have been screened.In addition,based on analysis and evaluation of densities(spacing between rows and individuals),models and effects of long-term inter-planting of trees and grasses,the optimal inter-planting density and mode have been suggested.At the same time,effects for extending inter-planting of trees and grasses on 3 different types of soil were analyzed and summarized.

Seed Proteins of Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis For Seed Purity Testing of Oil Sunflower Hybrid Xin Kui 6 DUAN Wei;XIE Zong-Ming;CHEN Fu-long;CHEN Yin-chu;LI Wan-yun;ZHANG Li 2001, 38(1): 13-15.  Abstract ( )   Seed purity of oil sunflower Hybrid Xin Kui 6 and its parental lines were tested by seed proteins of SDS-PAGE,The results showed that the electrophoretic files of Seed proteins for Xin Kui 6 and its parental Lines existed Significant difference.and their Specific bands was stable.Seed purity tested by the new technique was as good as that of field plot planting testing.The technique Could be used as a new Way of Seed purity testing for Xin Kui 6 and its parental lines for it was fast and accurate .

Extraction of Kuele Pear DNA and Its RAPD Analysis 2001, 38(1): 18-22.  Abstract ( )   We often fall to get good effect from etracted DNA of pyrus.This problem has been attributed to high content of Phenolic terpenoids,tannin,pegments,Polyoaccharide,and soon,The me thodology of DNA purification described here use SDS and BME, Vc which couid effectively remove then from the homogenate.the isolated DNA is the high purity and high molecular weight DNA that can be suitable for digestion with restriction enzyme and RAPD analysis。
