易受孕与不易受孕哈萨克马粪便微生物多样性比较分析

Comparative analysis of fecal microbial diversity between easy-conceiving and difficult-lonceiving Kazakh horses

    目的 本试验旨在研究易受孕与不易受孕哈萨克马粪便微生物多样性特征,探究易受孕与不易受孕哈萨克马粪便微生物差异。
    方法 试验选用20匹年龄、体重、胎次相近的哈萨克马母马,分为 2 组,每组 10 匹。试验动物均饲喂相同饲草饲料和自由饮水。
    结果 根据OTUs 表格分析聚类可知,2组哈萨克马粪便中共有 OTUs 数量为 1118 个,YS组独有 246 个 OTUs,YC组独有 261 个OTUs。在门水平上,YS 组和YC组相对丰度排名前三位的分别是厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota) 和变形菌门(Proteobacteria)。在科水平上,YS 组和YC组相对丰度排名前三位的分别是莫拉氏菌科(Moraxellaceae)、动球菌科(Planococcaceae)和理研菌科(Rikenellaceae)。在属水平上,YS 组和YC组相对丰度排名前三位的分别是不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)、Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group和土壤芽孢杆菌属(Solibacillus)。
    结论 通过对易受孕与不易受孕哈萨克马粪便微生物多样性进行分析, 为揭示粪便微生物与哈萨克马受胎性能的关联提供数据支撑与理论依据。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective This experiment was conducted to study the characteristics of fecal microbial diversity and explore the differences in fecal microbiota between easy-conceiving and difficult-conceiving Kazakh horses.
    Methods Twenty Kazakh mares with similar age, body weight and parity were selected and divided into 2 groups with 10 horses per group. All experimental horses were fed the same forage and feed, with free access to water.
    Results According to OTU clustering analysis, there were 1 118 common OTUs in the feces of the two groups, 246 unique OTUs in the YS group, and 261 unique OTUs in the YC group. At the phylum level, the top three phyla in relative abundance in both YS and YC groups were Firmicutes, Bacteroidota and Proteobacteria. At the family level, the top three families in relative abundance were Moraxellaceae, Planococcaceae and Rikenellaceae. At the genus level, the top three genera in relative abundance were Acinetobacter, Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group and Solibacillus.
    Conclusion The analysis of fecal microbial diversity between easy-conceiving and difficult-conceiving Kazakh horses provides data support and theoretical basis for revealing the relationship between fecal microbiota and conception performance of Kazakh horses.
