1990~2020年塔里木河流域牲畜时空特征及比较优势分析

Analysis of spatial-temporal characteristics and comparative advantages of livestock in the Tarim River Basin, 1990–2020

    目的 研究塔里木河流域牲畜生产格局及其演变规律是优化畜牧业结构的重要基础,对增加农民收入,稳固边疆、繁荣经济发展具有重要意义。
    方法 本文通过建立塔里木河流域1990~2020年5个地州42个县(市)和4个兵团师52个团场的牲畜生产数据集,利用遥感技术和比较优势理论分析塔里木河流域牲畜的时空特征及其优势产业。
    结果 (1)塔里木河流域牲畜存栏量空间分布总体呈现西部地区分布多,而东部地区较少的规律;牲畜高密度区域集中于塔里木河流域的西南区域,包括喀什地区、和田地区部分县市,空间分布密度较少的地区主要是巴音郭楞蒙古自治州、喀什地区的塔什库尔干塔吉克自治县。(2)从产业发展角度来看,相对全疆平均水平,塔里木河流域五地州羊产业具备比较优势;克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州和喀什地区具有发展牛产业优势;而塔里木河流域对于马产业无相对优势。
    结论 根据该区域牲畜生产和生态情况,划分为3类畜牧亚区:和喀克农区与特色畜牧区、阿克苏农区畜牧区和巴音郭楞农牧综合畜牧区,采取不同途径推进,促进畜牧业可持续发展。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Studying the livestock production pattern and its evolution rules in the Tarim River Basin lays an important foundation for optimizing animal husbandry structure, and is of great significance for raising farmers’ income and stabilizing border prosperity.
    Methods A livestock production dataset covering 42 counties (cities) of 5 prefectures and 52 regimental farms under 4 Corps Divisions in the Tarim River Basin from 1990 to 2020 was constructed. Remote sensing technology and the theory of comparative advantage were adopted to analyze the spatial-temporal characteristics and dominant livestock industries in the Tarim River Basin.
    Results (1) The overall spatial distribution of livestock inventory in the Tarim River Basin shows a pattern of high stock in the west and low stock in the east. Areas with high livestock density are concentrated in the southwest of the basin, including Kashgar Prefecture and some counties in Hotan Prefecture; areas with low livestock density mainly consist of Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture and Taxkorgan Tajik Autonomous County of Kashgar Prefecture. (2) Compared with the average level of Xinjiang, the sheep industry in the five prefectures of the basin has comparative advantages; Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture and Kashgar Prefecture have advantages in developing cattle industry, while the basin has no comparative advantage in horse breeding.
    Conclusion Combined with local livestock production and ecological conditions, the study area is divided into three animal husbandry subzones: Hotan-Kashgar-Kizilsu agricultural and characteristic livestock zone, Aksu agricultural livestock zone, and Bayingolin integrated farming-animal husbandry zone. Differentiated measures shall be implemented to promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry.
