Objective In order to screen the chemical control regulator and suitable concentration suitable for the actual production of summer sowing soybean in Southern Xinjiang.
Methods This study in the Southern Xinjiang summer sowing soybean varieties Henong 71 for materials, through the summer sowing soybean compound leaf 1, 3 and 5 compound leaf spray dosage of different methyl and azole, study the summer sowing soybean plant height, internode length, yield and yield related agronomic traits changes.
Results The effect of pleiotropic azole alone on the height of summer sowing soybean plants was greater than that of mex alone, and the effect of alternating methyl and pleiotropic azole on the height of summer sowing soybean plants was greater than the chemical regulation of mex alone. In the first stage, 45, 75 and 150 g/hm2, reduced plant height by 4.99%, 14.22%, the number of individual pods increased by 14.22%, single-plant grain weight increased by 26.56%, one hundred grain weight increased by 2.18%, and the final yield 4518.925 kg/hm2, an increase of 13.03%. Using the same amount of pleotropic azole will reduce the height of summer sowing soybean plants by 28.07%, the yield was decreased by 3.23%. It indicates that the appropriate use of plant growth regulators can promote the growth and increase of soybean in summer, and excessive use of plant growth regulators will lead to reduced production.
Conclusion The optimal period and concentration of the whole plant regulator in southern Henong 71 is 45, 75 and 150 g/hm2 in the first, third and fifth leaf stages respectively, and this result can provide some reference for the growth regulation of summer sowing soybean in Southern Xinjiang.
